Our founder, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Tina Huynh, brings, with her, five years experience with the two top volume real
estate companies in the U. S.; to establish A&K Superior, Inc., in 2000. Her skills as a seasoned broker, include communication
and reporting expertise, and taking pride in getting results due to constant effort, superlative marketing tactics, and building
the most professional client relationships, with maximum confidentiality. A&K strives to continually have a large number of mortgage
loans in the pipeline, and sold homes in escrow.
These skills permeate, and are the threads, that lead, guide, and strengthen the entire organization. The tensil strength of the firm,
is bolstered by everyone's relentless pursuit of results; by systematically attending to every single detail of each transaction,
from beginning, to end. Just as a parent feeds and grows a child to adulthood, Tina Huynh and A&K Superior nurtures every transaction,
as their own, to final maturity.
